InnoTech Acquires Promotional Channels
15-Jun-2011, PAWCATUCK, CT: InnoTech has announced the acquisition of Promotional Channels LLC of Groton Connecticut.
Promotional Channels is a full service marketing company which was owned by Diane Wishart. Promotional Channels focuses on website design, marketing strategies, brochure design, and more. InnoTech has partnered closely with Promotional Channels on several major projects over the past two years. Diane Wishart will be retained as a special advisor to InnoTech.
This will expand the InnoTech client base from 15 to nearly 50 clients throughout CT and RI. InnoTech will also be welcoming Gina Scumaci, the lead marketing/design resource from Promotional Channels. Gina will now be interfacing with all clients (across both Promotional Channels and InnoTech). The combined company will be called InnoTech. Promotional Channels will now become the marketing arm of InnoTech - focusing on marketing strategies, email marketing, print and brochure design, social media, corporate Facebook sites, and search engine optimization for all InnoTech hosted websites.
