The renewal notifications get more intelligent throughout the renewal period. Initially they serve to let the members know that their renewal is coming up. This also serves to prompt them to complete their volunteer hours with the goal of reducing their renewal cost., and then as the renewal date gets closer
When dues ultimately become due, the notifications will provide the members with a convenient payment link to allow the dues to be paid online. This enhancement is expected to increase the number of members which pay their dues on time, and reduce the amount of time that club volunteers have to spend on the renewal process.
All of this functionality within the web application is mobile-friendly, so members can easily access it from their mobile devices to complete their renewal process quickly and easily, even on the go.
