InnoTech Kicks Off Migration to Azure Cloud for Hosting Services
08-Jun-2026, PAWCATUCK, CT: InnoTech of Pawcatuck CT is pleased to announce the commencement of a migration to the Microsoft Azure Cloud for hosting services for all clients.
Currently, InnoTech provides hosting services for a number of clients using a combination of third-party hosting providers. The migration to Azure will allow InnoTech to provide more reliable and scalable hosting services to our customers, while also reducing maintenance efforts and improving security.
While the third party platforms have provided more economical hosting services, they have also introduced a number of challenges for InnoTech and our customers. While Azure hosting is more costly, InnoTech is confident that the benefits of Azure will outweigh the increased costs, and we are committed to providing the best possible hosting services to our customers.
The migrations to Azure will take place in three major phases. Phase 1 is planned for Q3 of 2026 and will involve the migration of all Linux PHP-based websites to Azure. Phase 2 is planned for Q4 of 2026 through Q1 of 2027 and will involve migrating the less complex ASP.NET websites to Azure. These first two phases will migrate 85% of InnoTech's clients to the Azure Cloud. Phase 3 is the most difficult phase. This phase will run from the start of 2027 and will take the entire year. This is when we will migrate all of our most complex web applications to Azure.
